Job Description:

Seeking a Techno Functional Analyst with experience in ERP configuration, application support, and database querying. The role involves supporting ERP applications, managing change requests, configuring business requirements, and collaborating with business users throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain ERP applications based on business requirements.
- Provide functional application support and issue resolution.
- Manage end-to-end Change Requests following SDLC processes.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and functional testing.




- Conduct functional reviews and user training sessions.
- Identify risks, provide solutions, and support deployments.

Mandatory Skills

- 4 to 6 years of Techno Functional Analyst experience.
- ERP Configuration/Implementation experience.
- Oracle SQL and/or MS SQL expertise.
- Database Queries and Procedures.
- Functional/Application Support experience.
- SDLC knowledge and testing experience.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Leasing or Asset Finance domain exposure.
- Experience in ERP product configuration.
