Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- Robust proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, analysis, optimization, and database programming.
- Working knowledge of Data Governance principles, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data ownership, data lineage, metadata management, and business glossary.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts,



reference data management, deduplication, and data quality management.
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Lake architecture, data modeling (dimensional and relational), ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.
- Experience with enterprise databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Understanding of data quality frameworks, profiling, reconciliation, and monitoring techniques.
- Exposure to banking/card domain data and regulatory reporting is desirable.
- Awareness of data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, DPDP).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
