Hiring: Technical Lead Frontend | Pan-India | Remote |

What you’ll be doing:

1. Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, setting the gold standard for engineering best practices.

2. Hands-on Mentorship: Guide and coach a talented team of engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and career development.

3. Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

4. Scaling & Optimisation: Drive application performance, accessibility, and architectural robustness while continuously reducing technical debt.

5. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of frontend tech,



recommending and implementing tools that push the boundaries of our product quality.

You’d be a outstanding fit if you have:

Experience: 10+ years in frontend development, with 4–5 years in a leadership/mentorship role.

Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture (Micro-frontends, React Hooks, Redux Toolkit).

System Design: Experience building and scaling SaaS/Enterprise applications in Agile environments.

Operational Expertise: Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and modern build tools.

Leadership: Proven ability to balance technical excellence with project delivery and stakeholder management.
