Role & responsibilities

ey Responsibilities:

- Deliver effective classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for production associates.
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions with production Training Champions.
- Identify training needs through process analysis and develop engaging, interactive training content using contemporary learning methodologies and AI tools.
- Design, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and evaluation methods to ensure high training effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct induction, safety, quality, continuous improvement, and other mandatory training programs.
- Deploy the 4S training program and achieve defined Training KPIs.
- Monitor operator competency, improve productivity and working speed, and maintain training records and reports.
- Train new employees on materials, machines, production processes, and computer systems used for production tracking.
- Collaborate with Production, Methods,



and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to plan new hire training, develop OJT programs, and optimize workforce skill balance.
- Continuously enhance training capabilities through self-learning and professional development.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills:

- Experience in classroom training and OJT delivery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in developing training content using AI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
