- Implement the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan.
- Conduct inspections of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, project specifications, and client quality requirements.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
- Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories and monitor material testing.
- Review material test certificates, calibration records, and laboratory reports.
- Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site execution teams during inspections.
- Conduct internal quality audits and site quality awareness sessions.
- Ensure timely approval of materials, mock-ups, and inspection requests.
Preferred candidate profile
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
- Good understanding of IS Codes and construction specifications.
- Experience in concrete quality control and material testing.
- Knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Preparation of Method Statements and Quality Documentation.
- AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
