Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with solid experience in the garment and apparel manufacturing industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new B2B business from brands, exporters, buying houses, wholesalers, retailers, fashion companies, and garment businesses across India that require:

- Cut-to-Pack garment manufacturing
- Stitching / CMT job work
- Order-based garment manufacturing
- Private-label manufacturing
- Contract manufacturing
- Bulk production orders

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience and an established network of potential buyers, brands, exporters, buying houses, and apparel businesses.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate new garment manufacturing and job-work business from clients across India
- Acquire orders for Cut-to-Pack, Stitching, CMT, Private Label, and Order-Based Manufacturing
- Identify and approach fashion brands, garment exporters, buying houses, wholesalers, retailers, D2C brands, and apparel companies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B clients
- Conduct regular client meetings, factory presentations, follow-ups, and commercial negotiations
- Understand buyer requirements related to styles, quantities, costing, quality, timelines, and production
- Coordinate internally with merchandising, sampling, production, and management teams




- Develop long-term relationships with repeat clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Travel within India for client meetings and business development whenever required

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in garment/apparel industry sales or business development
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Garment manufacturing
- Apparel exports
- Buying houses
- Job-work business development
- Cut-to-Pack manufacturing
- Stitching/CMT orders
- Private-label manufacturing

- Must have an existing network of relevant industry contacts
- Robust understanding of garment costing, production processes, sampling, lead times, MOQs, and quality requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
- Must be target-driven and capable of independently generating new business
- Willingness to travel for business development
