Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Engineering Faculty member to teach undergraduate (B.Tech) students. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students while contributing to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions as per the university curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and teaching aids.
- Conduct internal assessments, practical examinations, assignments, and evaluations.
- Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, internships, and career development.
- Supervise final-year projects and research activities.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and course documentation.
- Participate in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and outcome-based education (OBE) implementation.
- Use modern teaching methodologies, ICT tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, industrial visits, and technical events.




- Contribute to departmental accreditation activities such as NBA, NAAC, and IQAC documentation.
- Publish research papers, patents, and participate in funded research projects (preferred).
- Coordinate with industry partners for internships, placements, and team-oriented activities.
- Perform examination, admission, and other academic/administrative duties assigned by the institution. These responsibilities are commonly expected in engineering faculty roles.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant engineering branch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom and laboratory management.
- Student mentoring and counseling abilities.
- Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
- Familiarity with NBA/NAAC accreditation processes.
- Research orientation with publications (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and online teaching tools.
