- Manage end-to-end production operations for manufacturing high-quality sheet metal air distribution products and HVAC controls.

- Oversee the efficient setup and operation of sheet metal fabrication machinery, including guillotine shearing machines, press brakes, power presses, pneumatic riveting machines, power rollers, roll forming machines; powder coating plant with pretreatment and curing oven

- Manage and maintain all related sheet metal dies and tooling to ensure uninterrupted production cycles and equipment longevity.

- Supervise finishing processes, specifically overseeing industrial painting and powder coating operations to meet quality standards.

- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive production plans to meet strict delivery schedules and maximize plant output.

- Enforce rigorous quality control measures across all stages of fabrication and finishing to maintain product excellence.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of shift engineers and skilled workmen to consistently achieve daily and monthly production targets.

- Drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency on the shop floor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Educational Background: B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering (candidates with a relevant Diploma and extensive shop-floor experience will also be considered).
- Industry Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and production management, preferably within the HVAC manufacturing sector.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record of managing fabrication for precision HVAC components, such as VAV controllers and air distribution products. Must have a deep technical understanding of operating and maintaining press brakes, power presses, guillotine shears, and related tooling.
- Process Knowledge: Strong familiarity with industrial finishing processes, specifically overseeing high-quality painting and powder coating lines to meet strict industry standards.
- Leadership Qualities: A robust, assertive floor manager with the ability to guide shift engineers, motivate skilled workmen, and manage local labor dynamics effectively. Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is highly advantageous.
- Operational Mindset: A proactive problem-solver focused on lean manufacturing, minimizing machine downtime, optimizing die life, and strictly enforcing quality control protocols to ensure zero-defect production.
