Purpose

- The Project Subcontracts Engineer manage coordinate subcontractor relationships, ensuring the successful execution of project subcontracts within budget, schedule, and quality standards

Responsibilities
- You are the key point of contact, facilitating clear communication between project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

- You support the tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and awarding of subcontracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements

- You ensure all contract documentation, approvals, and records are accurately maintained

- You support risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential subcontract-related risks

- You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,



suggesting enhancements to subcontracting processes and strategies

- You provide regular updates and reports to project management on subcontractor performance and progress

Education
- At least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in subcontract management within the Oil Gas industry, with robust negotiation and communication skills

- Proficient understanding and knowledge of subcontracting principles contract law, and industry practices

- Certification in Contract Management (eg, CPCM, CFCM) is preferred
