Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed wedding bookings.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' vision, preferences, guest count, and budget.
- Present customized wedding planning and dcor proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Build robust relationships with prospective clients through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare detailed quotations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams.
- Monitor conversion rates, average booking values, and revenue performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and customer experience.
