Location: Gurugram, Haryana/On site as per requirement

Experience: 45 Years

CTC: 6 LPA (based on Experience)

Job Summary :-

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Engineer with expertise in the execution, monitoring, and coordination of ETP, STP, and WTP projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality and safety standards, effective resource utilization, successful commissioning, and formal handover of the plant to the client.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage complete site execution activities for ETP/STP/WTP projects from mobilization to commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Supervise civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation activities at site.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement and dispatch activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical and execution issues.
- Manage contractor billing, measurement sheets, and work certification.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, trial runs, and performance guarantee tests (PGT) of the plant.




- Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MOMs, inspection reports, and project records.
- Lead project close-out activities and ensure successful commissioning and formal handover of the plant to the client.
- Ensure submission of all project closure documents including as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, equipment datasheets, test certificates, warranty documents, and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate client inspections, punch point closure, performance guarantee tests (PGT), and final acceptance procedures.
- Conduct operator training and provide technical support to ensure smooth transition of plant operation to the client's team.
- Obtain final handover approvals and ensure completion of all contractual obligations prior to project closure.
- Ensure successful completion of projects within budget, quality standards, and scheduled timelines.

Required Skills:-

- Robust knowledge of ETP/STP/WTP process equipment and treatment technologies.
- Knowledge of mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Qualification:-

- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Experience in execution, commissioning, and handover of ETP, STP, WTP, and CETP projects.
- Experience in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment projects.
