- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
Experience:
- 812 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3–5 years in the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with hotel PMS, POS, and other hospitality software systems.
