- System Design: Develop layouts for domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater, and gas distribution networks.
- Calculations: Perform necessary hydraulic and sizing calculations for piping, pumps, tanks, and fixtures to meet peak demands.
- Drafting & Documentation: Produce detailed schematics, 3D models, construction documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- MEP Coordination: Resolve spatial clashes with structural, electrical, and HVAC disciplines in building information models.
- Compliance: Ensure designs meet local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Construction Support: Review shop drawings, handle site queries, and support field teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Software Proficiency: High familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of NBC (National Building Code) and other regional safety and plumbing standards.
