Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee end-to-end hospital accreditation and quality improvement projects, ensuring compliance with NABH, NABL, ECHS, CGHS, PM-JAY, and other applicable healthcare standards.

2. Mentor, coach, and provide continuous handholding to Quality Managers (QMs) and Quality Executives (QEs), ensuring their technical, operational, and professional development.

3. Review team performance, provide regular feedback, resolve challenges, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality consultancy services.

4. Plan and conduct classroom as well as onsite training for internal teams and client hospital staff on accreditation standards, quality systems, documentation, patient safety, and implementation practices.

Build and maintain solid client relationships by understanding client requirements, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through timely, reliable, and value-driven services.

6. Review and approve policies, SOPs, manuals, quality indicators, and accreditation documentation before submission.

7. Coordinate with hospital management, accreditation bodies, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.

8. Monitor project timelines, quality of deliverables, and resource utilization to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
