Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technician for the Accessories Department who can operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machines used for elastic, heat transfer, CNC, braiding, and screen printing processes. The candidate should ensure smooth machine operation, minimum downtime, proper quality output, and timely support to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain accessories department machines including elastic machines, heat transfer machines, CNC machines, braiding machines, and screen printing machines.
- Set up machines as per production requirements, style details, artwork, size, and buyer specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments, calibration, and basic programming where required.
- Monitor machine performance during production and ensure smooth running with minimum breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, heating, pressure, alignment, and printing-related issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule to avoid production delays.
- Check machine output quality and ensure it meets approved sample and quality standards.
- Support production teams during style changeover, machine setting, trial runs, and bulk production.
- Maintain proper temperature, pressure, speed, timing, tension, and alignment settings for different processes.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for major breakdowns or spare part requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, screens, plates, dies, transfers, elastic materials, and machine accessories.
- Keep machine area clean, organized, and safe as per factory standards.
- Maintain daily records of machine settings, breakdowns,



maintenance activity, and production support.
- Follow safety procedures while handling heat transfer machines, CNC machines, electrical panels, moving parts, and chemicals/inks used in screen printing.
- Train helpers or operators on basic machine handling and safety practices when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of elastic, heat transfer, CNC, braiding, and screen printing machines.
- Ability to identify and solve common machine problems.
- Understanding of machine setting, maintenance, and production quality requirements.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read style requirements, artwork instructions, and production plans.
- Knowledge of temperature, pressure, speed, tension, and alignment control.
- Good coordination with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Ability to work under production pressure and support urgent requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or relevant technical field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accessories, garment, textile, printing, or related production machinery.
- Experience in elastic, heat transfer, CNC, braiding, and screen printing machines will be preferred.
