Role & responsibilities

Administer and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities.

Monitor and maintain the health of SAP systems using Solution Manager.

Implement and manage Change Control Management (ChaRM).

Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning.

Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager issues.

Create and maintain documentation for configuration and operational procedures.

Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience with SAP Solution Manager.





Solid understanding of SAP architecture and modules.

Experience in configuring and managing Solution Managers key capabilities.

Proven track record in SAP system monitoring and diagnostics.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and documentation skills.
