Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8 years experience civil engineering projects, preferably within manufacturing and industrial workplace domains.
- AutoCAD for creating engineering drawings and blueprints for industrial applications
- Knowledge of Feasibility studies and site investigation methodologies for industrial sites
- Technical documentation and detailed reports
- Budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and civil engineering maintenance practices
- Understanding of industrial safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements for FMCG sector

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development

- Prepare engineering designs, calculations, and technical specifications for industrial infrastructure projects including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and production facilities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various engineering aspects into cohesive project designs for FMCG and industrial operations

Feasibility Studies and Site Investigations

- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess project viability, technical requirements, and potential constraints
- Perform site investigations and surveys to gather critical data for project planning and design
- Analyze soil conditions, topography, environmental factors, and existing infrastructure
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports with recommendations for project stakeholders in the industrial sector





Technical Documentation and Blueprints

- Create accurate and detailed blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software
- Develop construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details for production areas, storage facilities, and utility systems
- Ensure all technical documentation meets regulatory requirements, industry practices, and industrial safety standards

Project Management and Reporting

- Compile progress reports, technical reports, and project documentation for stakeholders and management in FMCG and industrial environments
- Prepare and manage project budgets for industrial construction and renovation projects, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expenditure control
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities throughout project lifecycle in compliance with industrial safety regulations

Maintenance and Quality Assurance

- Oversee maintenance activities for civil engineering structures and systems
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure structural integrity and operational efficiency of manufacturing plants and industrial infrastructure
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan and minimize production downtime
- Address maintenance issues related to plumbing systems, maintenance
