We are hiring experienced Senior Java Developers for an urgent prospect in Bangalore.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Java development experience.
- Candidate must be currently serving notice period and available to join immediately or at the earliest.
- Bench candidates will not be considered.
- Candidate must be a permanent employee on the direct payroll of the current organization.
- Contract employees and candidates working on third-party payroll are not eligible.
- Product-Based Company experience is mandatory.
- BFSI domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and DSA is mandatory.
- Stable career history is required.
- PF employment records should be verifiable.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Updated LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable working from the Bangalore office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable Microservices-based applications.
- Develop real-time and event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.




- Design and develop secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Work with large-scale data processing systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams throughout the SDLC.

Round 2: Technical Interview 1 Hour
Round 3: Managerial Interview – 1 Hour
