Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the installation, testing, and deployment of software patches across multiple systems to ensure timely resolution of security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize patching requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for patch management processes, including procedures for testing, validation, and implementation.
- Monitor system performance after patch installations to identify potential issues or conflicts.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in antivirus management or related field (e.g., IT services & consulting).
- Robust understanding of BigFix or similar patch management tools.
- Experience with managing large-scale deployments of software updates across multiple platforms.
