Job Summary

This role handles planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projectsensuring they're completed on time, within scope and budget, while meeting strict quality and safety standards. You'll serve as the single point of contact between customers, internal teams, and management, drawing on cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP Certification is highly desirable
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in program/project management within manufacturing Industries.
- Should have hands on experience in creating and maintaining GANTT CHARTS using MS Projects / MS Excel
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication (Oral & Written), negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution:

- Develop detailed program plans including scope of the project, Work Breakdown Structure, schedule, resources, budgets, risk management, and quality objectives aligned with quality management systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams involving engineering, PPC, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance to deliver program milestones.
- Manage program lifecycle from concept through development, production, and delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of communication for project execution among customers, supply partners, internal teams and top management to ensure explicit communication of program status, risks, mitigations, change of schedules / impact of change management and related issues.
- Facilitate regular status reviews, program risk assessments, and decision-making forums with senior leadership and external customers.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate trade-offs among competing project demands (quality, cost, delivery).

Risk & Issue Management:





- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively using aerospace-specific risk management frameworks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or compliance issues in manufacturing or supply.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions on encountered issues.
- Escalate time, cost and resource overrun as per escalation matrix.

Quality and Compliance Oversight:

- Oversee adherence to aerospace quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, SCM and Quality to ensure product and process compliance.
- Manage audits, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely closure of corrective actions impacting the program.

Financial and Resource Management:

- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Track program cost performance and implement cost control measures.

Technical Leadership:

- Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand technical challenges and prioritize solutions.
- Facilitate configuration management and change control processes related to manufacturing product.
- Ensure integration of advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices in program delivery.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive program documentation including schedules, risk logs, status reports, and contracts.
- Prepare and present detailed program reviews and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met, including government and customer reporting requirements.
- Chairs a cross-functional closure meeting to review delivery against commitments (timelines, scope, costs, quality), capture lessons learned and financials, trigger internal closures (ERP, inventory, docs), secure customer sign-off and feedback, recognize the team, and produce key outputs like the closure report, lessons document, and handover notes—ensuring systemic improvements
