We are hiring professionals with 4+ years of experience in building AI-native applications and deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of overall experience in software / AI application development
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions
- Hands-on experience building AI-native applications
- Good experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent workflows
- Strong coding experience in Python and AI application development
- Exposure to end-to-end solutioning, deployment, testing, and optimization of AI-powered applications

Preferred Skills:

- LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen
- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and AI workflow orchestration
- Experience with cloud-based AI deployments and scalable AI systems
