Role & responsibilities

- Implement the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan.
- Conduct inspections of civil, finishing, and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with MES, CPWD, BIS, IS Codes, and project quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), checklists, quality reports, and test records.
- Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors, and site engineers during inspections.
- Monitor material testing through approved laboratories and maintain test registers.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
- Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
- Ensure calibration records of testing equipment are maintained.
- Support project teams during internal and external quality audits.




- Maintain complete QA/QC documentation for project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Government projects such as MES, CPWD, BARC, AAI, PSU, Defence, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project quality management systems and audit procedures.

- Robust knowledge of QA/QC procedures for high-rise building construction.
- Familiarity with MES/CPWD specifications, BIS Standards, and IS Codes.
- Experience in concrete works, finishing works, waterproofing, structural inspections, and material testing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality documentation.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
