Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with solid expertise in RCC structures and water-retaining structures to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural design, site execution, and construction supervision of water tanks, retaining walls, chambers, and other RCC infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and review RCC structures, including water tanks, chambers, retaining walls, and other reinforced concrete structures.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and technical specifications.
- Supervise site execution and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams regarding technical requirements and project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper implementation of RCC and water-retaining structure works.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues by providing effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, construction standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
- Support project planning,



scheduling, commissioning, and timely project completion.
- Ensure effective quality control and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in RCC Design and Water Retaining Structures.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural engineering principles.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience in site execution and construction supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in RCC construction and water-retaining infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local construction codes, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
