Role u0026 responsibilitiesnnnnnnOwn the Zoho One ecosystem across CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, Analytics, Creator, Forms, Sign, and other business applications.nnnGather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital solutions.nnnWork closely with implementation partners and vendors to design, implement, and optimize business processes.nnnManage product roadmap, releases, enhancements, and feature prioritization.nnnConfigure workflows, approvals, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation.nnnDrive process standardization across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Service, and Operations.nnnCoordinate integrations between Zoho and third-party applications, including ERP, payment gateways, communication tools, and APIs.nnnMonitor system adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.nnnPrepare functional specifications, UAT plans, training documentation,



and SOPs.nnnEnsure data quality, governance, security, and user access management.nnnAct as the internal product owner for all enterprise applications.nnnnPreferred candidate profilennnn4 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation.nnnHands-on exposure to Zoho One implementation is preferred.nnnExperience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or HubSpot.nnnStrong understanding of CRM, Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and Workflow Automation.nnnExperience working with APIs and system integrations.nnnExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.nnnStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset. .
