This role monitors and troubleshoots batch and real-time data workflows, manages data quality controls, supports AWS/Airflow-based environments, and partners with Data Engineering and business teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 35 years of experience in data operations, ETL support, cloud-based data platforms, scheduling tools (AutoSys/Control-M), and ServiceNow, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.nnnnnnResponsibilities:nnResponsible for data management (validating incoming data sources, data integration/compilation, distribution).nnEnsuring best-in-class data quality/accuracy; building/tracking data accuracy KPIs for insights for product/data Eng Teams.nnEstablishing batch/ETL job lineage processes/ensure adherence to policies.nnEnsuring operational controls are in place/working with the Data Eng.nnOverseeing the integration of all inbound/outbound data sources.nnIdentifying actionable improvements and optimizations to support growing complexity and demand.nnHands-on approach to user community data/report training and problem/resolution management.nnMonitor, triage,
