What You'll Do
- Monitor platforms like Upwork for high-value projects matching our tech stack (React, Node, Next.js, AWS).
- Write highly customized, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals/bids for prospective clients.
- Manage initial client communications, negotiate project scope and budgets, and set up discovery calls.
- Maintain and optimize the company's agency profiles on these platforms to ensure high visibility and Top Rated status.
- Analyze bidding performance data to continually improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the technical team to estimate project timelines and costs accurately before bidding.
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of direct experience bidding and winning IT projects on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written English communication skills — you must be able to write compelling, error-free proposals.
- Strong understanding of up-to-date web and mobile technologies to accurately assess project requirements.
- Ability to identify red flags in job postings and focus solely on high-value clients.
- Highly responsive and capable of handling multiple client communications simultaneously.
