Role Overview

Key Responsibilities





- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping & Administration
- Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Update bank entries and reconcile them with bank statements
- Manage timelines for vendor payments and ensure timely processing
- Record and reconcile credit card transactions
- Maintain petty cash records with proper supporting documentation
- Handle invoicing, expense booking, payment follow-ups, and related administrative tasks
- Compliance & Tax
- Assist in TDS, GST, and Advance Tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings
- Prepare and pass monthly adjustment entries including GST, salary journals, and cash expenses
- Support in identifying opportunities for optimizing the company’s tax liabilities
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare fortnightly cash flow statements and monthly P&L; reviews
- Assist in generating cash flow statements and forecasting cash and profit positions
- Conduct monthly trend analysis and suggest actionable improvements
- Support in data reporting and preparation of financial reports within timelines
- Contribute to improving cash flow management and overall profitability

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent in Finance/Accounting
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
