We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to provide on-site side supervision for our new
plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring
quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide side supervision for all civil construction activities at the plant.
 Monitor daily work progress and ensure compliance with project designs and standards.
 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the internal team to resolve on-site issues.
 Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
 Assist in reviewing project plans, drawings, and specifications.




 Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any deviations from the
plan.
Requirements:
 Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
 Experience: Candidates with prior experience in side supervision or in office management
are preferred.
 Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of construction practices and quality standards.
o Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and project specifications.
o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Willingness to work on-site at our Navapur plant.
