We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Engineer - Security with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) and Microsoft Defender Suite to lead enterprise security Solutioning implementation in On-Premises hybrid and Azure environments.

Detailed Roles And Responsibilities

The successfulcandidate will:

- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Microsoft Security solutions for SMB customers.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during security deployments.
- Own end-to-end security project delivery including planning, execution, and governance.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Purview, and Entra ID.
- Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Develop security architecture and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Conduct security assessments and gaps to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies and recommend Azure Security solutions.
- Develop and implement incident response procedures and participate in security incident response activities.
- Keep up to date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks.




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate security issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer Demo on solutions implemented. Implement campaigns for phased migrations.
- Mentor and support junior engineers during project execution

Skills Required To Contribute

- A minimum +7 years of experience in the field of Azure Security solutioning & leading the implantation end to end.
- Microsoft Security product family relevant certifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite and Microsoft Sentinel
- Exposure to workplace automation, analytics, end user experience monitoring and management.
- Self-starter, motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform assigned tasks and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage projects from concept to production.
- Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.
- Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team workplace, multitask, and quickly adapt to change.
- Valuable Knowledge in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection and Governance, Threat Protection

Optional Certification: MS-500 & AZ-500 and any one of the below SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400
