About The Role

Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensure timely invoice generation, and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions using Zoho Books
- Ensure timely invoice generation for projects and services
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients
- Verify vendor invoices, maintain records, and process payments
- Contact customers for renewal payments and send timely reminders
- Follow up on overdue payments and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations
- Assist in salary disbursements, reimbursements, and employee financial records

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software




- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and taxation
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and payment follow-ups
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently
