Position/role- Rpa Production support & Development
Job Location - Ghansoli
Total / Relevant exp - 6+yrs
Shifts :- 11.30am to 11.30pm IST - Rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities Technical Knowledge/Skills
RPA Production Support (L2/L3) – 80%
- Strong understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
- Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Orchestrator
- Monitoring jobs, triggers/schedules, queues/transactions
- Bot health checks, retries/reruns, failure handling
- Log analysis and troubleshooting production issues
- Ticket management using Jira / ServiceNow
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for recurring issues and implementation of preventive fixes
Development / Enhancements – 20%
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions/enhancements using UiPath Studio
- Maintain existing automation scripts and implement fixes/enhancements as required
- Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment
- Requirement gathering support, UAT support, and experience in test case creation
Key behaviours/competencies

- Self-motivated with a keen interest in gaining investment banking experience
Preferred (Good to have)
- UiPath certification (Associate or Developer/Advanced) – MUST
- Power application experience/knowledge
- Exposure to SQL,APIs, OCR& integration with other applications
- Exposure to Confluence and version control tools (e.g., Git)- MUST
Qualifications
- Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT/Computer Science
- Postgraduates with technical degrees will be preferred
Experience :- Relevant 6+ years in RPA Development and production support , UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshooting , Jira/ServiceNow.
