Role Overview
We are seeking a Pitney Bowes Spectrum Administrator & Developer responsible for managing and supporting Spectrum platform environments while also contributing to job/service development and integrations.
This role is primarily admin-focused (approx. 60–70%) with development responsibilities (30–40%), including building services, workflows, and integrations.

• Administer and maintain Pitney Bowes Spectrum platform
• Manage server configurations, job execution, repository, and workplace setup
• Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and stability
• Handle deployments, upgrades, and patching
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure SLA adherence

• Develop and maintain Spectrum jobs, services, and workflows
• Design and implement real-time and batch processing services
