and leadership skillsProficient in written and spoken EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesPerform and review power system studies including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Harmonics, Motor Starting, Protection Coordination, Grounding, Cable Sizing, Grid Integration, and Transient Stability using ETAPPrepare study reports, input data requests, and technical documentationConduct grounding grid design, insulation coordination, and protection setting calculationsEnsure compliance with SEC, Saudi Aramco, IEC, IEEE/ANSI, NEC, and NFPA standardsLead technical coordination with clients, internal teams, and global counterpartsManage project budgets, schedules, and quality deliverablesSupport proposal preparation, man-hour estimation, and resource planningMentor and provide technical training to junior engineers
