About Parthenon Architects:-Parthenon Architects is a luxury interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our design philosophy is rooted in elegance, precision, and timeless aesthetics.The Role:-We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of conceptual designing, aesthetic sensibility with the technical depth to see a design through to flawless execution. The ideal candidate will work with the design team for residential and commercial projects, translating creative vision into accurate, buildable detail — working closely with our internal team, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.Key Responsibilities:-● Develop space plans, layouts, and interior design concepts based on client needs, brand identity, and building constraints● Produce construction documents, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, millwork details, and finish schedules● Select and specify finishes, furniture (FF&E;), fixtures, lighting, and materials appropriate to budget and use.● Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, fire/life safety codes, and zoning requirements● Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors,



and vendors throughout design and construction phases● Conduct site visits and field measurements; perform site observation during construction to ensure design intent is executed correctly● Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material boards to clients● Manage FF&E; procurement, specifications, and installation coordination● Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects● Research and stay current on materials, systems, sustainability standards, and industry trendsRequired Skills & Experience:-● 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to luxury residential and commercial projects.● Strong design sensibility paired with excellent command over technical detailing and construction documentation.● Proven ability to produce accurate, execution-ready drawings with meticulous attention to detail.● Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/drafting software.● Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.● Strong problem-solving instincts and a sharp eye for detail and finish.Application:-Please share your CV along with a portfolio at [email protected] without a portfolio will not be considered.
