Talasha has been mandated to hire an Assistant Manager- Last Mile Operations for a funded apparels brand based out of Delhi. In this role you will manage and optimize end-to-end last-mile delivery operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, strong partner coordination, and high customer satisfaction through efficient operational management and data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLast-Mile Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth daily execution.
- Monitor delivery performance and address operational bottlenecks proactively.Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and effective service.
- Manage escalations and resolve operational issues to maintain service standards.Performance & KPI Management
- Track and drive key operational metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), First AttemptSuccess Rate, Route Adherence, and related KPIs.
- Identify trends, analyse performance gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.Reporting & System Updates
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, POD completion, and real-time operational updates insystems.
