Job DescriptionNurse – Visit, Multi-Specialty OPD Clinic NLocation: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore NEmployment Type: Full-Time NReports To: Centre Manager NRole PurposenDeliver disciplined, protocol-driven clinical assistance across outpatient services, ensuring digital vitals capture, paperless EMR documentation, seamless procedure support, infection control, and high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced multi-specialty clinic workplace. NCore Responsibilitiesn1. Clinical Preparation & Digital Documentation Nn Capture and record vitals (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2, weight, BMI) digitally in EMR before each consultation. N Enter structured clinical history pointers directly into the clinic's paperless EMR system. N Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness in all digital entries. N Maintain electronic task checklists for nursing workflows. Nn2. Procedure Assistance Nn Assist doctors during minor procedures including dressings, injections, nebulization, wound care, and basic emergency support. N Anticipate doctor requirements to prevent delays. Nn3. Procedure Room & Sterilization Readiness Nn Prepare and maintain sterile trays and instruments. N Follow autoclaving and sterilization protocols strictly. N Maintain digital logs for tray readiness and equipment checks. Nn4. Consent & Pre-Procedure Protocol Nn Verify informed consent in the EMR prior to procedures. N Conduct pre-procedure checks and escalate deviations to the doctor or Center Manager. N Ensure all pre-procedure documentation is digitally captured for compliance. Nn5. Infection Control & Biomedical Waste Nn Maintain strict biomedical waste segregation and infection-control protocols. N Support digital audit trails for compliance reporting. Nn6.



Patient Education & Care Continuity Nn Educate patients on post-consult instructions, medications, and follow-up schedules. N Document all instructions and reminders digitally to maintain paperless patient records. Nn7. Digital EMR & Workflow Support Nn Ensure all vitals, procedure notes, and patient interactions are entered into EMR in real time. N Support the clinic's paperless operational model, reducing reliance on physical forms. N Collaborate with IT andclinic management to optimize EMR usability and efficiency. NnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Nn Digital Vitals & EMR Accuracy: 100% N Procedure Readiness: Zero consult delays due to nursing gaps N Infection Control Compliance: Zero audit non-conformities N Patient Satisfaction (Nursing Touchpoints): Above clinic benchmark N Paperless Workflow Compliance: 100% of patient records digitally maintained NnExperience & Qualifications Nn BSc Nursing / GNM(mandatory). N 2–6 years in OPD, day-care, or multi-specialty clinic settings preferred. N Experience with digitalEMR systems and paperless workflows is an advantage. NnCore Competencies Nn Calm, professional bedside manner. N Strong operational discipline and attention to detail. N Adaptability to multiple specialties and rotating doctor schedules. N Digital literacy for EMR, task checklists, and real-time data entry. N Comfortable working in fast-paced, paperless urban clinic environments.
