Job DescriptionDesignation: Manager – Placement Partnerships NExperience: 5-10 years of relevant experience NAbout the Role:- NThe Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, coordinating, and monitoring external placement consultants to support student placements across various academic programmes. NKey Responsibilities:- Nn Identify and empanel credible placement consultants and recruitment partners. N Negotiate MoUs, commercials, targets, timelines, and service terms. N Share stream-wise placement requirements and ensure consultants provide suitable core/domain-relevant opportunities. N Coordinate placement drives, interviews, offer letters, joining, and follow-up. N Conduct monthly reviewsagainst agreed targets. N Track consultant-wise performance, cost per placement, salary, joining, retention. N Verify company credibility, job role, compensation, and student safety before drives.



N Ensure consultants do not charge any fee to students. N Travel frequently across India to meet consultants, recruitment partners, and employers and strengthen placement networks. NnPreferred Profile:- Nn Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably an MBA with fluency in English and Hindi. N 5–10 years of experience in placement, recruitment, staffing, corporate relations, or business development.
