This role requires strong project management capability, deep technical expertise, and hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality standards, timelines, and statutory requirements are met. NKey Responsibilities: NProject Management & Coordination Nn Lead end-to-end architectural execution across multiple luxury development projects. N Act as the primary architectural point of contact between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors. N Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination across design development, approvals, and site execution stages. N Review and monitor all drawings and design submissions for compliance with design intent and technical standards. NnDesign & TechnicalExecution Nn Prepare, review, and manage detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. N Ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to approved designs, specifications,



and quality benchmarks. N Address design-related issues arising at the site and provide timely solutions. NnSite & StakeholderManagement Nn Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to drawings. N Coordinate with projectmanagement teams and contractors to resolve execution challenges. N Participate in project review meetings and present architectural updates to senior management. NnCompliance & Documentation Nn Ensure adherence to local development control regulations, statutory norms, and approval conditions. N Maintain structured documentation, drawing logs, and revision controls. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture N 10+ years of experiencein architectural design and execution, preferably with luxury real estate developers in Mumbai. N Strong experience handling redevelopment projects in Mumbai. N Hands-on proficiency inAutoCAD and Revit (mandatory). N Sound understanding of construction detailing, materials, and execution practices. N Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. N Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. N
