Job DescriptionSolarSquare | Senior Designer NWe're looking for a Senior Designer who takes full ownership of design. Someone who can independently drive the visual direction while working closely with a small, fast-moving team. NThis is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to think, create, and execute; while also helping raise the bar for design around you. From billboards to performance ads, everything should feel cohesive, sharp, and unmistakably SolarSquare. NKey Responsibilitiesn● Own and evolve SolarSquare's visual identity across all channels N● Design high-impact creatives across formats: print, outdoor, digital, and performance marketing N● Ensure consistency in design language across campaigns and platforms N● Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts N● Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and growth teams to ship work quickly and effectively N● Provide thoughtful feedback and direction to improve overall design quality N● Bring structure to workflows and help make design output more efficient N● Help plan and execute shoots end-to-end: moodboards, styling direction, on-ground supervision, and post-production closure N● Take full ownership of projects—from idea to final output NRequirementsn● Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, outdoor, and digital N● Ability to independently own projects and make design decisions N● Solid fundamentals in typography, layout, color,
