- Connect with and counsel nurses regarding career opportunities in Germany. N
- Guide candidates about the benefits of working abroad, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability. N
- Promote German languagetraining programs required for overseas career opportunities. N
- Counsel working professionals interested in building a career in Japan through caregiving programs. N




- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings. N
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools. N
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. N
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. N
- Coordinate with operations and training teams throughout the candidate journey. NWhat We're Looking For: NGraduate in any discipline. N0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Counselling. NFreshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
