NWhat You'll Donn Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Website. N Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas and homestays. N Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. N Guide guests throughoutthe reservation process. N Coordinate with property owners and the operations team. N Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests. N Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. N Follow up with pending leads and quotations. N Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly. N Upsell premium properties and additional services whenever appropriate. NnWhat We're LookingFor Nn Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. N Confident and qualified phone etiquette. N Strong customer serviceand sales skills. N Comfortable using computers and CRM software.



N Ability to multitask ina fast-paced environment. N Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. N Attention to detail andgood organizational skills. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline. N 1+ year of experience in Hospitality, Travel, Reservations, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
