NAbout the RolenWeare looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Compliance Manager / Senior Compliance Associate to lead and strengthen our compliance, fund operations, and financial reporting processes. This role will work closely with the leadership team and external advisors to ensure seamless regulatory compliance across all fund entities while building scalable internal systems. NKey ResponsibilitiesnFund Operations & Investor Onboarding Nn Lead end-to-end onboarding of Limited Partners (LPs), including KYC, AML, and documentation processes N Oversee fund-level compliance for AIF structures, including investor reporting and capital activity tracking N Maintain and strengthenfund documentation, statutory registers, and internal records NnRegulatory Compliance & Filings Nn Own and manage all regulatory filings across entities, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, FCRA (if applicable), and other statutory requirements N Ensure full compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and related frameworks N Track regulatory changes and proactively implement required updates NnFinancial Reporting & Audit Management Nn Drive year-end audit processes, including preparation of schedules, coordination with auditors, and closure of accounts N Oversee financial records, reconciliations,



and reporting accuracy across entities N Support preparation andvalidation of financial statements and investor reports NnProcess Building &Advisory; Nn Design and implement robust compliance and operational processes to support fund scale N Act as a key interface with legal, tax, and audit advisors N Identify risks, resolvecompliance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives NnCross-Functional Support Nn Partner with leadership on strategic and operational matters related to compliance and governance N Support broader finance, HR, and administrative functions as needed NnWhat We're LookingFor NExperience & Background Nn 4–7 years of experience in compliance, fund operations, or financial reporting—preferably within venture capital, private equity, or financial services N Strong familiarity withAIF structures (Category I/II) and regulatory requirements in India NnTechnical Expertise Nn Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) N Experience managing audits, financial closures, and regulatory filings N Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and/or modern accounting/ERP tools NnOwnership & Execution Nn Ability to independently manage compliance functions with high accuracy and accountability N Strong process orientation with experience building or improving systems NnStakeholder Management Nn Effective communication skills to work with auditors, regulators, consultants, and internal teams N Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment NnMindsetnn Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven N Strong sense of ownership and willingness to go beyond defined responsibilities N Entrepreneurial mindset NnLocation & Availability Nn Based in Mumbai and able to work from our Nariman Point office N Immediate joiners preferred NnQualificationsn N Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field N NISM-Series-III-C Certification preferred but not mandatory N CA / CS / CMA (completed or in progress) preferred but not mandatory NnHow to ApplynIf you're excited about working at the intersection of venture capital, compliance, and fund operations, we'd love to hear from you.
