The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence across payment operations, customer support, compliance, and cross-functional teams while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead and manage daily business operations across the organization. N Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals. N Oversee payment operations, transaction monitoring, customer support, and process execution. N Improve operational workflows, productivity, and service quality. N Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Success teams. N Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics. N Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. N Manage operational budgets, vendors, and resource planning. N Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams. N Identify operational risks and implement process improvements to enhance business continuity.



NnRequired Skills Nn Strong experiencein FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services operations. N Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. N Knowledge of payment workflows, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, and operational processes. N Experience with processoptimization, reporting, KPI management, and operational planning. N Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel. N Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. NnQualificationsn N Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. N 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, preferably within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services. N Experience managing cross-functional teams and operational performance.
