This role is responsible for driving store-level off-take, maintaining Noperational servicing efficiencies, and building solid commercial relationships with store personnel Nand regional category offices. NKey Responsibilities & Core Deliverables N1. Account Strategy & Business Growth N∙Annual Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key Naccounts, establishing annual targets, trade offers, and promotional budgets. N∙Listing & Account Alignment: Execute account strategies and listing/linking processes to Nmeet revenue targets and optimize portfolio profitability. N∙Trade Marketing Coordination:



Collaborate with trade marketing teams to align promotional Nstrategies and oversee store-level execution. N2. Store Operations & Supply Chain Execution N∙Order & Target Tracking: Monitor daily order flow, fill rates, and supply logistics to maintain Ntarget alignment.n∙Inventory Control: Track store stock systematically to prevent stock-outs during peak cycles Nwhile avoiding overstocking. N∙Operational Problem Solving: Partner with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams to Nrapidly resolve delivery and fulfillment issues. N3. Financial Management &Claims; Settlement N∙Budget Tracking: Track and manage scheme budget utilization against allocated financial Nresources.n∙ClaimSettlement: Validate, process, and reconcile trade claims promptly.
