- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and client communication N
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families N
- Manage appointment updates and service-related queries N
- Coordinate with clinicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery N
- Maintain accurate client records and basic reports using Microsoft Excel N
- Deliver an empathetic and professional client experience at every touchpoint NRequirements: N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills N
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory) N
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel N
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred N
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment NCompensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives
