Job DescriptionAbout the Role NKimirica Hunter International is building out its Business Excellence function — covering Operational Excellence, Quality, Process Governance, and continuous improvement across the Wet and Dry Plants. We're looking for a Junior Executive to support the OE Lead in driving hands-on improvement work: time studies, 6S, Kaizen, KPI tracking, and process documentation. This is a strong role for someone early in their career who wants direct, high-visibility exposure to how a manufacturing business actually runs — not a desk-only analytics role. NKey ResponsibilitiesnOperational Excellence Execution Nn Support MOST / work-measurement studies and standard time documentation across production and warehouse operations N Drive 6S implementationand audits across assigned zones N Coordinate Kaizen submissions on the digital portal — track status, follow up with initiators and HODs, support closure N Assist with RCA & CAPA investigations for quality and process deviations NnKPI & Performance Tracking Nn Maintain and update departmental KPI trackers (OTIF, productivity, PM compliance, etc.) N Prepare data and slidesfor monthly Business Excellence Reviews N Support preventive maintenance schedule tracking and plan-vs-actual reporting NnProcess & Documentation Nn Support SOP drafting and standardization in coordination with department HODs N Maintain accurate records for ongoing OE projects (SKU rationalisation, material aging, warehouse slotting, etc.) N Assist in preparing reports,



trackers and presentations for leadership reviews NnQualifications & Experience Nn Bachelor's degreein Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Production preferred); a certification or coursework in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is a plus N 1–2 years of experiencein a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations environment N Prior exposure to Lean tools (5S/6S, Kaizen, time & motion study) preferred but not mandatory — willingness to learn matters more than prior certification N Comfortable working on the shop floor as well as at a desk — this role splits time between both NnSkills & Attributes NAnalytical & Data Handling NStrong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); comfort with data entry, tracking and basic analysis NCommunicationnAble to coordinate with cross-functional teams and shop-floor staff; clear written documentation NOwnershipnFollowsthrough on tracker updates and action items without repeated reminders NStructured ThinkingnCan break down a problem into root causes rather than jumping to fixes NLearning OrientationnGenuine interest in Lean / Six Sigma / process improvement as a career direction NWhat Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months Nn Independently runs a 6S audit cycle and closes findings with area owners N Owns the Kaizen portal tracker end-to-end — submissions logged, followed up, and closed on time N Completes at least one MOST time study independently, reviewed and signed off by the OE Lead N KPI trackers are accurate and updated without prompting ahead of the monthly review NnWhy Join This Team NThis is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a newly established Business Excellence function, working directly under the OE Lead with real exposure to plant operations, cross-functional projects, and leadership reviews.
