In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging with prospective customers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about helping people embrace an active lifestyle through sports.Key Responsibilities NSales & Business Development Nn Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their fitness goals and preferences. N Promote and sell Game Theory's swimming and badminton memberships. N Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into members. N Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. N Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. NnCustomer Relationship Management Nn Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. N Provide prompt and professional support by addressing customer queries and concerns. N Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage membership renewals and customer retention. N Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.



NnSales Strategyn N Execute effective salesstrategies to increase customer acquisition. N Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. N Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences. NnReporting & CRM Nn Maintain accuraterecords of customer interactions and sales activities. N Update CRM systems regularly with lead and customer information. N Prepare sales reports and share progress updates with the Sales Manager. NQualificationsnn Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. N 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar sales role. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. N Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. N Experience working withCRM software and sales tools.
