NRole SummarynGurucul is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a track record in building, managing, and delivering high-performing sales results. The ideal Sales Engineer will have an extensive technical background. This individual will play a key role in growing Gurucul's revenue and market share within their assigned territory. NThis position requires anunderstanding of complex, business-based cybersecurity requirements and expertise in positioning Gurucul products and solutions to a variety of audiences, including C-Level Executives, technical cybersecurity personnel, and business partners. Qualified candidates should have prior experience selling security solutions, including SIEM, UEBA, Identity and Endpoint solutions. NWhile this role is primarily remote, candidates should be based in Mumbai Delhi & Bangalore, India. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Develop expertise with Gurucul products and solutions so as to perform customer demos and technical pre-sales activities N Present Gurucul products' technology and processes and explain them to technical and nontechnical audiences N Work with sales executives throughout the sales cycle: opportunity identification, sales meetings, product demonstrations, POCs, scoping meetings, etc. N Assess customer needs and environments,



identify technical criteria/requirements and decision drivers N Use technical features to calculate and demonstrate business value N Collaborate with Sales Executives to show the business reason and value documentation for the customer N Build win-win relationships with external customers/prospects as well as internal departments N Provide expertise regarding architecture design, strategy, and planning N Help with solution training/partner engagement and enablement N Represent Gurucul's solution at industry or customer events NnRequired Qualifications Nn BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience N Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, and/or client-facing cybersecurity consultant N 5+ years of relevant experience selling support within the information security space; experience with SIEM technologies is preferred N Successful track recordof new business production in several industries and ability to exceed quotas N Hands-on knowledge of security related products and technologies (e.G. IDS/IPS, SIEM/Log Management, Network/Endpoint Security, Incident Response, and OS in mid-senior level etc.) N Technical understandingof cybersecurity products, methods, and technology trends in current market N Understanding of SOC environment N Working knowledge of routing principles and networking architecture, protocols and services N Able to effectively present solutions via live presentations and remote webinars N Knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools and network technologies NnPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Nn Expertise in at least one of the following (preferred): IBM QRadar, ArcSight, Splunk, SumoLogic, LogLogic, LogRhythm, RSA EnVision, UEBA, and other similar marketplace products NnCore Competencies Nn Must have excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills N Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a nimble environment NnEqual Opportunity Employer NGurucul Solutions, LLC isan equal chance employer.
