Job DescriptionJob Summary NThe Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing processes, maximizing revenue realization, and building scalable, high-performing RCM operations. NLocation: Mohali and Jaipur NKey ResponsibilitiesnStrategic Leadership Nn Define and execute RCM strategy aligned with organizational goals N Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalability N Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives N Lead transformation initiatives including automation and digital adoption NnOperations Management Nn Oversee end-to-end RCM lifecycle including: N Patient/Client onboarding, eligibility & authorization N Charge capture, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS where applicable) N Claim submission & clearinghouse management N Payment posting and reconciliation N Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and collections N Denial management, appeals, and write-offs N Establish and maintain productivity, quality, and TAT standards NnFinancial Management Nn Drive revenue realization, collections, and cash flow improvement N Reduce AR days and minimize denials and revenue leakage N Track and improve key financial metrics and KPIs N Manage budgets, cost optimization, and profitability NnCompliance & Quality Assurance Nn Ensure adherence to industry regulations (CMS, HIPAA, payer guidelines)



N Maintain audit readiness and compliance standards N Implement quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives N Lead internal audits and corrective action plans NnClient & Stakeholder Management Nn Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders N Handle escalations, governance calls, and performance reviews (QBRs) N Support new client onboarding, transitions, and expansions N Drive high client satisfaction and retention NnPeople Leadership Nn Lead large RCM teams comprising Managers, AVPs, and Directors N Build leadership pipeline and succession planning N Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement N Enable a high-performance and accountability-driven culture NnKey Skills & Competencies Nn Robust leadershipand people management skills N Deep understanding of RCM processes and healthcare billing workflows N Strategic thinking and business acumen N Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities N Strong communication and stakeholder management skills N Experience in automation, process improvement, and transformation initiatives NnQualificationsn N Bachelor's degree (mandatory) N MBA / Healthcare Management preferred N Industry certifications(AAPC, AHIMA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus NnExperiencen N 15–20+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management N Proven track record in senior leadership roles (Director / AVP / VP) N Experience managing large teams and multi-client operations N Exposure to healthcare billing and reimbursement processes N
