The role requires robust technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings. N Develop design conceptsand assist in the preparation of presentation drawings. N Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software. N Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution. N Ensure drawings comply with project specifications,



local regulations, and industry standards. N Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution. N Prepare design documentation and maintain project records. N Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's Degreein Architecture (B.Arch). N 2+ years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. N Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings. N Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing. N Good understanding of municipal regulations and building codes. N Strong communication and coordination skills. N Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. N
